In keeping with this philosphy and our guiding principles, Spinning Disc will:

    • whenever practicable, enter into fixed price arrangements which clearly define price and delivery and which fairly assign the risk of and responsibility for non-performance;
    • whenever fixed price is not practicable, work with clients to design work projects in such a way as to maximize our usefulness while minimizing client's costs; and
    • give clients our best price and delivery terms in our first quote.
